Suspenders

Monkey likes to dress like his Papa. It's really cute actually. Everyone calls him a mini-Ben, which Monkey takes great pride in. While I was looking through some pins on clothing during a few free minutes, Monkey saw a picture of someone wearing suspenders and said, "I want some, Mama!" So I began to figure out how I would go about making him his very own pair. I'm no seamstress, but constructing suspenders isn't rocket science, so I figured out a way to make it work. The next day, I loaded up the kiddos and we went to the fabric store to collect everything we would need. By the end of the day, Monkey had his suspenders. By this morning, he was picking out his outfit to go with them. Yes, this is the outfit my three year old picked out. Pretty stylish kid. Yes, my husband would have worn this outfit and yes, I'm pretty sure he's jealous of Monkey's lil' man suspenders.
