Friday Came Early

Ben has an incredibly crazy long weekend this week. No school on Friday OR Monday.
Since it's Easter weekend, Monkey will get to see some cousins and hopefully the weather will stay lovely and they can actually play outside together.

Really, there is no specific purpose for this post other than showing you this picture. Let me just say what  you're probably thinking, "That is the biggest greenest booger I ever did see!" or, I guess that's what I said when I saw it. A couple weeks ago, Eylee girl woke up with that huge nugget just poking outta' her little nostril. Anyone who knows her, knows she would rather die than have anyone touch her nose. After I took this pic, I had Ben hold her down and I fought with her for a good five minutes trying to get that thing out. That green little monster had become cemented half way up her nose! Pretty sure Monkey thought I was beating her since he came in asking, "What are you doing to my sister, Mama?!?"

Oh, the things mothers do to fully groom their children. Nail cutting is the WORST. But for some weird reason both my kids love to have their ears cleaned. They just lay their heads on my lap and let me pick til they're clean. TMI? sorry. snot, vomit, dirty bums, ear wax, and small claws are pretty much my life...Happy Thursday!
