Well today was just one of those days I guess. It seems to be getting easier as I get older to stay positive, even though I would rather just lock myself inside my apartment and never come out. Maybe living in a large city where I don’t see someone I know everywhere I go makes it easier to just laugh off the stress and get on with the day.
Nothing really exciting happened today, and I didn’t really do anything special…but I am POOPED! I think I need to start going to bed at the same time Monkey does. Hubby and I have created daily agendas to help us be more productive and “stay on top” of our crazy lives. {I never thought being a stay-at-home mom could be a lot of work}
List of Annoyances & Catastrophes and how I managed to stay positive:

·         *  Shovel & scrape sidewalks for 1hr & 20mins – one great workout
·         * Stuck in traffic trying to get to the bank & post office – I saw a U-haul with KY plates (Helped me get my mind off of the crazy drivers in Edmonton)
·         * Bank was closed – I at least got dressed and went out of the apartment
·         * Fell in the middle of the road while crossing the street – laugh at myself
·         * Unable to dust off the snow from my behind after the fall and still have 10 blocks to walk – everyone is checkin’ me out
·         * Major pain in my forearm – no shoveling snow tomorrow & hubby wants to pamper me :)
I I
I t  I think what really made my day was an English lady lady thanking me for shoveling the sidewalks.
